There wasn’t a lightning bolt moment where everything changed.

When she was 5, no one outside of our family could understand her. A decade later, she’s 15 and nothing can stop her from talking and texting. 🙂
I may not know when it all started, but I know WHO started it. God gifted her One day at a time- or should I say one word at a time? 🙂

Her teacher emailed me this school year to tell me Bethany had done an excellent job of sharing her presentation in class. She added, not only was it clear and understandable, with good eye contact, but she had done better than some of her “typical” peers 🙂 )

Surprising Treasures: Mark 5:19
“Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how He has had mercy on you.
“Life can depress, overwhelm and beat me down. But our great God will lift me up! No matter what ‘bad’ has thrown my way, the Lord has done wondrously, gloriously more!” –I’ve clung to this since I read it, and I shared it on my page to a wonderful response. We know the truth when we see it. Thank you, Cindy!
Hugs and blessings Serena. I seem to gravitate to the overwhelmed- stressed out zone BUT God is constantly amazing me- when my eyes are open to see- what He has done- and what I know He’s going to do! Love you Serena- keep heading toward the finish line- we’re almost home!
The thing with God is that you can’t help yourself but proclaim it when you’ve encountered Him. 🙂
Amen and amen! Amazing God who is concerned about the details of our lives!!
